Formerly known as the Railway Express building, this warehouse stayed vacant for more than 30 years. The $8 Million construction project yielded 37 residences, a parking garage, 8 office spaces, a community-based child care center and a coffee shop. The 70,000 sf building is also historically certified, and received an award from the Philadelphia Preservation Alliance in 2017. The project also received New Market and Historic Tax Credits for the development.
